An investment in inception is an investment in business and means entry into the ownership structure. The minimum value of this investment is $25,000.
An investment in insurpad is an investment in technology. It has its limitations, but we accept investments of a minimum of $500.
inception
Investing in inception implies entering into the funding agreement with all rights and obligations. About the amount of the investment, you acquire shares in the company's ownership, you enter the assembly, and you have the right to vote and influence making business decisions.
Of course, according to the percentage of ownership shares, you participate in the payment of profits.
insurpad
Investing in insurpad is a fraction of the value of the technology. We enable co-ownership of the application, but you cannot dispose of the money you invest for 2 years.
After the third year, you can trade your shares and sell their value with the right of first refusal.
Projections will get you out of your shoes.
